Each design service is delivered 100% online and offers a different level of support; from choosing paint colours, to designing an entire room, to selecting every finish in your build. You’ll find clear inclusions listed with each service.

Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a welcome pack with a questionnaire to tell me about your space, your lifestyle, your style preferences - and what matters most to you. You can add photos, inspiration images or a link to your Pinterest board so I can start to get a feel for your vision.

Don’t worry, I’ll give you an easy step-by-step guide to help you photograph and measure your room (or share your building plans if you have them). This helps me understand the flow, proportions, and potential of your space.

We’ll schedule a relaxed video call to walk through your photos, measurements and questionnaire together - to make sure we’re aligned on your design goals and how you want your home to feel and function.

Here’s where the magic starts! I’ll create your first set of concept boards to explore the design direction - including colour palettes, materials, furniture and styling inspiration. It’s your first look at how it all starts to come together.

Design is personal, and this is a collaborative process. We’ll meet again via video call to talk through your concepts, make any tweaks, and refine the plan so it feels just right; aligned with your taste, your space, and your season of life.

Once everything’s been lovingly fine-tuned, you’ll receive your full design package, including your mood board, floor plan, colour and material selections, furniture and decor picks, and a shoppable list (depending on your package).
Everything is clearly laid out and ready for you to implement at your own pace, in your own time, with calm confidence.
